Company History:
With roots tracing back to Emil R. Wohl Construction, a pioneer in the Southern California construction industry known for concrete tilt-up facilities, the family business has evolved over three generations to become today’s leader in vertical development, asset repositioning, and value-added acquisitions for a diverse clientele of private, corporate and institutional real estate owners, investors, tenants and clients.
In 1984, Emil H. “Skip” Wohl continued the legacy by founding Wohl Property Group to acquire and develop commercial and industrial properties throughout California. The Company acquired, repositioned and managed existing properties in joint venture with private capital sources, until expanding with institutional capital providers to develop speculative and build-to-suit projects in the mid-1990s.
Since 1997, Wohl Property Group has acquired and developed over 3 million square feet of commercial properties, valued at over $200,000,000.
