Emil H. “Skip” Wohl

As the Founder and President of Wohl Property Group, Emil H. “Skip” Wohl personally oversees all aspects of the development process, from initial project conception through completion. He utilizes his more than forty years of experience in the Southern California construction and development industry to insure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Mr. Wohl began his career by working with his father in the family construction company, Emil R. Wohl Construction, where he held positions in all phases of industrial and commercial building construction and ultimately served as President and Chief Executive Officer for eight years.
In 1981, Mr. Wohl joined the Burbank-based real estate development firm of Howard, Howard and Barnard, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Development/Construction, supervising architects, engineers and contractors on development projects from California to Florida.
Mr. Wohl graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1961. He is a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and resides in San Marino with his wife, Jan. |

Emil J. Wohl

Emil J. Wohl manages the various phases of property acquisition, project development, asset and property management, and dispositions, including procuring project entitlements, managing project development responsibilities, and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, leases, development agreements and construction contracts.
Before joining Wohl Property Group in 1997, Emil practiced land use law with Sullivan, Workman & Dee in Los Angeles, specializing in eminent domain, inverse condemnation and California Environmental Quality Act litigation.
An active member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California, Emil has lectured and published articles in the areas of real estate development, land use and environmental law.
Emil graduated with honors from the University of Southern California in 1990 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994. Emil serves on the board of directors of the Grace Lutheran Developments Corporation, which provides affordable housing to seniors in the City of San Diego, and he is a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. He is licensed as a California real estate broker, and in June of 2002 he was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. |

Katrina Snyder

Katrina W. Snyder is responsible for developing and revising financial models, facilitating the funding of construction and permanent loans, arranging escrow closings, coordinating due diligence responsibilities, overseeing property management duties, managing project accounting and overseeing project budgets through all phases of land acquisition, project development, property management and asset disposition.
Before joining Wohl Property Group in 1993, Katrina worked in the property management office of Wright Runstad & Company, a Seattle-based asset manager of class “A” office properties.
Katrina graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Woodbury University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Irvine. She served as treasurer on the board of directors of the Laguna Village Owners Association, one of Orange County’s largest homeowners associations. |
